Training
We offer all our clients free training at their reservations' office.
Training usually lasts between 1 - 2 days.
Printed training documents are provided and more can be downloaded at the support centre.
We also hold regular workshops throughout East Africa.
These day long courses are free of charge and are great for new staff and as a refresher for everyone.
Support
After becoming a member we offer unlimited email support and also grant access to an online chat system with one of our customer care staff.
Please note that our support offices are open from 9am to 8pm (E.A.T.) Monday-Saturday. Out of hours contact is also available.
You are also assigned a member of the training team who will be your personal contact with any problems; you will have their direct phone number for emergencies.
Upgrades
As an innovative company we are always trying to improve the system and satisfy our clients. If you have any requests or changes that you require to the system please let us know and we will strive to include them in the next upgrade.
Upgrades are available at least every 3 months.
Your training manager will contact you and explain all new aspects of the system, you can then choose which segments you want on your system.
We will then send you relevant training material to use the new aspects of the system.
