• As the company evolves we will continue our excellent standards of service and we do not want to charge our clients for extra features they require to make the system run smoother so let us know  and we will strive to help.
• Our aftercare service is second-to-none, from the free inhouse training during the set up to the 24-hour helpline for problems. Any modifications or help that is required can be carried out remotely from either our Dar-es- Salaam or Zanzibar office.
• From a security aspect we automatically back up data to a variety of secure servers throughout Europe. Credit card details are stored on the ReceptionBook.com secure server for a maximum of 7 days, in line with international legislation.
