During the hotel setup section you can enter the contract details for all your
Trusted Tour Operators, including deposit amount,
commission and holding time. When you meet new tour operators
through the community section of the site you can make them 'trusted' and add their
details.
Trusted Tour Operators log in to ReceptionBook.com and can view your availability. Rooms can then be held or provisional bookings made.
