ReceptionBook.com Examples - Hotel Setup
Step 1
When you join the ReceptionBook.com community, your first step is to set up your
hotel profile. This involves entering hotel contact information, a short description and
picture.
The hotel profile (as seen below) is generated and is viewable by all tour operators in our community.

Step 2
Involves the setting up of different users with different access levels
for your system.

Step 3
Involves the setting up the rooms themselves.
- You choose the
room types and the occupancy levels
of the rooms.
- Enter the Room No's and quantities of each room.
- With the rooms set up
it is now a process of entering the room rates.
- Next you set up different seasons (as
seen below) and
enter the room rates per person or per room depending on your charging method.
- Finally enter your child policy and discounted rates linked to the age of the child.
Step 4
The final stage involves the addition of any extras that you
sell, including meal plans, airport pickups and tours.
Your hotel is now setup within the ReceptionBook.com community; after less than an hours work. Should you wish to display real-time
availability and provide online
bookings through your website (as below), we will provide you with your unique code to upload an availability sheet to your own reservations pages. This will
be completely run and supported by ReceptionBook.com.
