ReceptionBook.com Examples - Bookings

The Front Desk Administration Page

After completing your hotel setup, ReceptionBook.com is ready to process your bookings.

When your hotel staff log on they can automatically see a colour coded availability sheet, showing expected arrivals, departures, in-house clients, provisional bookings, confirmed bookings and archived bookings.

Any new bookings made by either a direct website client or a tour operator are also displayed in a separate table. You can check the booking details and automatic room allocation, and with a simple click of a button you can confirm or deny these bookings. An auto-generated email is sent to the client in each case.

Walk In Customers

When a customer has not made a reservation there is a simple 3-step process for making a booking.

  1. The clients details are entered and a booking is created.
  2. The availability table shows room options. With a simple click on a free room the client is added.
  3.  Choose the meal plan and any other extras that the client requires. Editing client information can be performed by returning to this registration process at any time; clients can even change between rooms as seen below.

Web Customers

Website customers can see your availability sheet within your own website. By completing a simple booking form they can make a provisional booking. At this stage the client can also enter credit card details which are held on our secure server for you to process.

The customer and hotel front desk are automatically emailed booking details and costs. On logging in to ReceptionBook.com you can confirm the booking with a simple click of a button.
