ReceptionBook.com is a US registered company offering a variety of management
and booking / reservation systems for the travel industry. The main product,
also called ReceptionBook.com, is a property management and reservation system and
was
originally developed for the East African market but is now used internationally.
The directors of ReceptionBook.com
come from the travel and IT industries having met at University in Manchester, England.
Matthew Bell - Technical Director
Matthew has a degree in Computer Science and is an internet specialist having designed
and constructed various internet sites, intranet sites and financial systems around the world.
He has been specialising in travel systems for the last 8 years.
Dave Henderson - Marketing Director
Dave was born in Africa and has had a varied role in travel,
having been a hotel owner & manager, a tour operator and handled promotion and
marketing for a variety of Europe-based international travel agencies.
Head Office Staff
We have a variety of computer programmers and graphic / web designers based at our Tanzanian head office always working on developing the system.
Our support and testing team are based in our Dar es Salaam office and are always ready for your call.

Throughout the development of ReceptionBook.com we pulled together a variety of experts to offer
advice on the direction that the system would take. Using real hotels for testing ensured that the
system has been used in every situation and has all the features needed by a hotel.
